Fuji Teriyaki
About This Spot
Fuji Teriyaki settles into Centralia’s rhythm as a quietly spirited local spot where comfort and care show in every detail. Walking through its door, you’re greeted by a soft hum of conversation and the inviting aromas of sizzling teriyaki and freshly simmered broths. The space feels intimate yet welcoming, with bright touches of greenery weaving through the clean, orderly interior—a small oasis of calm where meals unfold at a gentle pace.
Here, the experience is about generous plates and familiar flavors that linger warmly, rather than quick bites or flashy presentations. Whether you pick a steaming bowl of ramen that brings a soothing depth or a bento brimming with balanced flavors and textures, the food feels thoughtfully prepared. The vegetables maintain a crispness, the sauces have a subtle presence, and the portions easily stretch into another meal, creating moments that invite sharing or quiet leftovers at home.
The atmosphere carries a friendly, neighborhood feel, where attentive service makes space for both casual lunches and meaningful celebrations. Little touches—a steaming cup of miso soup, the occasional playful meal option for kids, or a heartfelt nod to home-cooked traditions like Japanese curry—anchor the visit in genuine, down-to-earth hospitality.
Though the location hums with a modest buzz, Fuji Teriyaki strikes a balance between simplicity and care, making it a quietly vibrant part of Centralia’s local dining scene, where finding an honest, satisfying meal feels like coming home.

Huge portions. Great tasting food. Not oily and the veggies were crunchy.

I ordered the chicken teriyaki bowl with steamed rice and stir fried veggies. Definitely a nice portion size, more than enough for 2 people. I was only able to eat just under half and was more than full. Enough left overs for another meal. The only thing there could have been more of was the teriyaki sauce. The stir fried veggies were extremely delicious.

My husband and I had our anniversary lunch here and it was the perfect little spot for us! The inside was clean, bright, very organized and had beautiful plants. I had one of the curry dishes and it was so nostalgic it brought me right back to my grandma's kitchen only Japanese restaurant I know of that has curry as an option! Can't wait to go back and try more of their menu!

Amazingly Delicious Food! Small Place, Parking Is Quite Small, But Damn If The Food Ain't Some Of The Best I've Ever Had. Had The Beef Udon & It Was Huge! Make Sure To Watch Temp Though, They Make The Food SUPER HOT! You Can Take It Either To-Go From The Drive Through Or Eat In! Love This Place! <3

Fun little place. Friendly staff, service was quite quick, easy parking. Soup with dinner was a great touch. Kids portion seemed every bit as large as what I ordered! The frog plate for the kids meal was fun.

Jumbo teriyaki chicken is the best deal here! It looks like an old subway inside still and is quirky (flowers and hand written sigsn, random items around, house plants), but can't beat how much chicken you get for the price. I get the 1 jumbo teriyaki chicken and it feeds 2 of us. I did splurge and get the $6 bubble tea green tea flavored, it was very thick, wasn't terrible. I don't think id get it again, that flavor at least. I have been going here off and on for years. Several years ago I would come via the drive thru, and you can see into the back kitchen, a lil sketch tbh. I also got yakisoba noodles and they were spaghetti noodles. Not sure if that's changed, I havent tried since. I just stick to the teriyaki chicken and I'm good. The parking lot can be tight at times if you park on the sides of the driveway, so just keep an eye out. Also the alley can take you to the side street to exit FYI instead of trying to squeeze past the drive thru.
